AC Newman Talks About his M-75 Aristocrat to Premier Guitar
The New Pornographers frontman AC Newman and his Guild M-75 Bluesbird were featured in the January issue of Premier Guitar! Premier Guitar notes that his Aristocrat is “his No. 1 axe–a mid-’70s Guild M-75 that he prizes for the ‘very high output’ of its original humbuckers.”

AC Newman plays a late 70’s M-75 BLUESBIRD, not an Aristocrat! His guitar is a solid mahogany guitar with a stop tail and HB-1 humbucking pickups. other than the outline of the body and the “M-75” at the beginning of its name, it bears no other similarities to any aristocrat guitar past or present. And to think this is the official guild website? Your fans need you to do better.
