Exist Elsewhere Wins Macworld Indie Innovation Competition
Exist Elsewhere was crowned winner of the Macworld Indie Innovation Competition presented by Sonicbids, which kicked off in November.
The competition pitted hundreds of bands that use Apple technology in their music against each other, with the top two artists going head-to-head in the final round at Macworld/iWorld.
In a technology presentation showdown at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Exist Elsewhere ousted Oakland-based band Mister Loveless for the right to open up for Little Feat at the Mezzanine. With a unanimous decision, Exist Elsewhere were named the victors and went on to play to a packed crowd at the Macworld iBlast Party.
Exist Elsewhere is fronted by Noah Benardout, a British singer/songwriter who is a member of the Brotherhood of the Guitar. The Brotherhood of the Guitar is a program started by legendary rock photographer Robert M. Knight that looks to cultivate the next generation of guitarists. Learn more here.
