Lord Huron & Their Trusty Guilds Touring for “Vide Noir”

Tom Renaud, lead guitarist of Lord Huron, isn’t shy about his love for Guild. Most of the band’s sophomore album Strange Trails features his 1967 Starfire V (“It sounds awesome and is so versatile”), which he also relies heavily on during live performances.

If you ever have the chance to catch them live, you’ll witness this first-hand. The band is touring heavily for their latest album, Vide Noir, with dates scheduled throughout the US and Europe from now until November!  Once again, Tom’s Starfire is a staple.

If you happen to miss them this year, Tom has recently been using his USA-made D-20 for a slew of acoustic performances as well. Here are a few of our favorites, but follow them on Twitter for live-updates.
